Welcome to DoXBiz.com. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DoXBiz's website building services and related products. By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DoXBiz.com ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Platform.
Definitions
• "Platform" — the DoXBiz website builder, hosting, templates, APIs, and related tools.
• "Account" — the user account registered on the Platform.
• "User Content" — content you upload, publish, or otherwise provide through the Platform (text, images, logos, files, data).
• "Subscriber" — a user who purchases a paid plan.
Services
DoXBiz provides an online website and app building platform that allows users to create, publish, host, and manage websites and web applications. Features may include templates, drag-and-drop editors, plugins, custom domains, hosting, analytics, and third-party integrations. Availability, features, and pricing are described on our website and may change.
Accounts, Registration & Security
• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to create an Account.
• Registration: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your Account information up to date.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Account Suspension: We may suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect are compromised.
Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
• Some features require payment. By purchasing, you authorize DoXBiz (or our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for all charges indicated during checkout and any recurring charges until cancellation.
• Billing cycles: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
• Taxes: You are responsible for applicable taxes unless we state otherwise.
• Refund policy: Our standard refund policy is published at checkout or on our Pricing page. Generally, refunds are provided only as described in that policy and at our discretion.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform. By uploading or publishing User Content you grant DoXBiz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute and perform the content for the purpose of providing and promoting the Platform.
You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have all necessary rights to upload and publish the content; (b) the content does not infringe third-party rights; (c) the content complies with applicable laws and these Terms (e.g., not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing).

License to Use the Platform
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, DoXBiz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for building, publishing, and hosting your websites and apps. This license does not permit redistribution of the Platform software itself except by written permission.
Intellectual Property
All Platform technology, templates, design elements, text, graphics, code, and documentation are owned by DoXBiz or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. DoXBiz and the DoXBiz logo are trademarks of DoXBiz. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
Third-Party Services & Integrations
The Platform may integrate third-party services (payment processors, analytics, plug-ins). Use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. DoXBiz is not responsible for third-party products, services, or their availability.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information. By using the Platform you agree to the Privacy Policy. If you collect information from visitors to your sites, you must comply with applicable privacy laws and provide any required notices and consents.
Data, Backups & Retention
We maintain backups for continuity but you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of critical data. DoXBiz does not guarantee retention of your User Content after account cancellation or termination, except as required by law.
Termination & Cancellation
• By you: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.
• By us: We may suspend or terminate your Account for violations of these Terms, abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or legal reasons.
• Effect: On termination, your right to access the Platform ends; we may delete or restrict access to your content after any plan-specified grace period or as stated in our policies.
Disclaimers & Warranty
The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoXBiz disclaims all warranties—express, implied, statutory or otherwise—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, DoXBiz, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, or damages arising from third-party services or integrations.
Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to DoXBiz in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹10,000 (INR) if you paid nothing—whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DoXBiz and its affiliates from any claim, loss, demand, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform, (b) your User Content, or (c) your breach of these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You must not use the Platform to:
• Upload or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, or promotes violence;
• Infringe third-party intellectual property rights;
• Perform activities that compromise security or abuse our systems (malware, spam, scraping, DDoS);
• Impersonate others or falsify your affiliation with any person or entity.
We may remove or restrict content that violates these rules.
Changes to the Service & Terms
We may modify the Platform and these Terms. When changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., via email or a prominent notice on the Platform). Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, please contact us at the address below. For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, you and DoXBiz agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, unless a different jurisdiction is required by law. Alternative dispute resolution or arbitration may apply to some claims — see our separate arbitration policy if posted.
Miscellaneous
• Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of assets.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and DoXBiz regarding the Platform.
